We understand you might have needed a little time to see if your new jewellery is perfect for you.
If it isn’t quite right, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a refund and here’s how….
Our Returns and Exchange Policy
Danisy gladly offer 30-day returns or exchange for all customers Australiawide and 40-day returns or exchange for all customers worldwide from the purchase date. Before getting started, please check below to see if your items are eligible for a return.
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Danisy is not required to provide a refund or exchange if you make a wrong selection, need a different size or change your mind. This includes any payment methods made on Danisy Website.
Gift Bundles:
The gift bundles can only be returned or exchanged as a set in their original sale condition. No individual item can be returned or exchanged for refund and/or store coupon. This includes any free items you received by using promotional code. Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise coupon.
Conditions of Return:

Items returned must be unworn, unused and undamaged in their original packaging and labels (box and pouch included). The amount of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund if the gift pouch/box is missing.

Earrings, hair accessories, toe rings and face masks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Shipping costs from online purchases and store coupons are non-refundable.

All sale items, including free items are not eligible for a refund and exchange.

You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges for verification purposes.

Should the returned item not meet the above return conditions due to a result of wear and tear through misuse or accidental damage such as a broken chain or bent ring, Danisy has the right to deny refund and have the item re-shipped to customers at customer's cost.

Please note returns have to be on trackable shipping and you are responsible for the arrangement and its cost. Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders may also have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges due to the fast turn over of product. We recommend using your Online Store Coupon to purchase an alternative size or product.
Online Store Coupon will be valid up to 30 days from the issued date. You will be provided with an Online Store Coupon less the cost of any postage you paid when placing your order (if postage was applicable).

Exchange Process:
1. Email danisy_jewellery@hotmail.com to let us know
- the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
- your order number
- the tracking number

2. Send your item to the return address we provide you in our reply . We recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for lost/damaged packages. Returns that arrive back to us damaged from improper customer packaging will not be accepted.

3. We aim to process all returns within 3-5 business days of receiving your return.
4. All exchanges will be processed for online store coupon, with which you’re then able to select another piece. You’ll receive an email from us with details of the store coupon.
5. You’ll now be able to place a new order on our site using the store coupon. Please note that we do not offer free shipping on returns.
