Customs Taxes
Please note: we are not responsible for another country's taxes or customs charges which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit. Danisy is not responsible for any charges incurred for receiving orders internationally, and any customs charges and taxes (including VAT) are payable by the receiver.

We will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is correct. It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for their order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Danisy will not refund your order or offer a replacement.
